Landi’s Goodies started out to supplement my monthly income during a very difficult time in 2013 and it still supplements my monthly income to enable me to look after my family’s financial needs. Some people sell Avon, Honey, Annique and the list is endless, I SELL PERSONALISED JEWELLERY!

We always provide superb 5-star rated service to our clients but, like with any business, life happens and we might be delayed by a day or 2. Delays may be caused due to:

  • A manufacturing issue;
  • Courier delays;
  • The weather, eg KwaZulu-Natal;
  • Covid 19 Regulations;
  • or any other delays.

However, we always deliver and if there are delays, it will be communicated to you. We are small enough to care for our customers on a personal level, yet large enough to ensure your needs are met. 

I little bit about me

Landi’s Goodies is operating as a sole proprietor by myself. This is not a large business and therefore we do not have people employed  for every aspect of the business. 

  • I work full time;
  • I am a mom and
  • A wife to my husband.

I answer emails daily, do quotes and invoicing, check payments made, place orders and the list goes on, but I do always get back to everyone’s emails and messages.

We always provide superb service to our clients but, like with any business, life happens and we might be a day or 2 behind schedule,.

Covid-19 Regulations information

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we have to take unforeseen circumstances into account.
Unforeseen circumstances includes but is not limited to –

  • The engraver being infected will result in delays as the engraving is a specialised skill and can’t be done by just anyone
  • Machines that break and parts need to be ordered for delivery by courier or cannot be installed due to an infection
  • Courier depots close due to infections and packages are routed to another depot
    We have encountered the above during 2020 and we hope everyone will be vigilant and keep safe from here on forward.

Landi’s Goodies cannot be held responsible for delays which is out of our control eg: the country moving from one lockdown level to another might affect us.
At a stage the couriers were only allowed to deliver essential goods, we hope and pray that it will not happen again. 

General Information

We do not manufacture the items ourselves. We do work on an order basis only and do not keep stock on hand. 

Our lead time is 14 – 20 working days to allow for delivery to us from the different suppliers.  Bulk orders are placed on a Friday for customers that are collecting their orders from us in Horison, Roodepoort. We cannot assist with a rush order – an order cannot be done in 3 days.

Throughout the year we will add new products to our online store. Please feel free to visit our store frequently to see what is new! At Landi’s Goodies, we pride ourselves on offering our customers responsive, competent, and excellent service. Our customers are the most important part of our business, and we work tirelessly to ensure your complete satisfaction,

We are not contracted with any courier company, once your order left us we have no control over the courier’s delivery schedule or delays at the depot. We will however continue to follow up on your delivery as best as we can.
