TERMS OF SERVICE – BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE:
ORDER TIME FRAMES:
All time frames stipulated in our online store are the normal time frames it takes for the product you ordered and delivery, in the unlikely event that any unforeseen delay may occur in manufacture time or order processing time due to very high volumes, including any delays within the courier companies, Landi’s Goodies will not be held liable for any orders not received on time.
We ask customers to allow 1 – 2 days for processing your order and up to 10 – 14 working days for manufacture of your order. At peak sale times such as February and November/December, allow up to 4 days processing, and 14 – 20 working days for manufacture, the time frame above includes delivery by courier.
We have a total of 3 delivery methods on our website.
1) Collecting – Collection of orders in Horison Roodepoort, by courier or in person.
2) Courier (1 – 4 days for delivery). Courier costs are subject to change depending on order size.
3) Pep Paxi (5 – 7 days for delivery). Paxi is a national delivery with a standard cost and you collect your order at your nearest Pep Store.
READY IN STOCK JEWELLERY:
We don’t keep stock on hand. All items are available on order only.
ORDER CUT OFF DATE:
Due to high volumes of orders received from October till November, we won’t process any orders placed after 4 December 2020. We would like to ensure that all orders for gifts are received a week or two before Christmas and not a day before Christmas.
ACCURACY OF ORDERS:
Landi’s Goodies will not be held liable for any mistakes made by the customer, such as spelling mistakes, incorrect item ordered, wrong photos emailed; incorrect/incomplete addresses, duplicated items or incorrect information given by customers when placing your order online. Please ensure all information in your online order is correct and special notes are in the notes box at check out, we receive high volumes of emails daily and cannot process any changes to orders sent by emails afterwards.
CHANGES / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO ORDERS:
Please ensure all information on your order is correct, for any additional information please put in the notes box on the Check Out page before submitting your order. Due to very high volumes of emails we are not able to accommodate changes to orders or addresses, or additional information sent by email after your order has been submitted online. If you are not sure where you are going to be staying around the expected time frame, please rather give an address of someone else. Landi’s Goodies will not be held liable for any changes to orders or addresses sent to us in emails after your online order is submitted.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns or refunds on personalised/custom made jewellery.
Every jewellery item is quality inspected before it leaves our office to ensure the highest quality goods are sent out, should any damage or defect be found by fault of Landi’s Goodies, you will need to notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel. A photo of the defect will need to be emailed to us as well as order details such as invoice number. Email will be assessed first and thereafter upon approval from manufacture a replacement will be shipped off to you at our own cost.
If jewellery has developed a material defect within 3 months after being received which has not been caused by general wear and tear, abuse or from not following proper care instructions, we will repair or replace the items, provided a photo has been emailed to us and it has been accessed and approved by the manufacturer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Any orders put through that have not been paid for will not get processed and therefore it is not necessary to cancel any unpaid order. Orders for personalised manufactured items can not be cancelled once payment has been received.
